Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Email us at grnsoap@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you next steps.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know in your return request and we'll prioritize getting the right size out to you, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Final Sale Items
Limited drop and clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
