Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum. Estimated delivery depends on your location.
Returns & Refunds
All OPENRUN pieces are released in limited quantities as part of exclusive drops — once they're gone, they're gone, and for that reason all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, reach out to us on Instagram @OPENRUNSHOP with your order number and the item(s) in question, and we'll do what we can to help.
Sizing
Every product page includes a Size & Fit guide with general measurements. Our gear is cut with a modern athletic fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status any time by logging into your account.
